Grant Stone offers a 15-day return window for all unworn footwear and accessories to ensure you achieve the perfect fit and lasting satisfaction. Please ensure items are tried on only on carpeted surfaces to maintain their brand-new, sellable condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, and pack them securely inside the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
